How to order?

After logging in to the Cherub Rubs online member service platform, click "Products" on the homepage. The "Products" page will list all types of products. Please select the items and quantities you wish to order and click "Add to Cart" (you can also change the order quantity in the shopping cart). Finally, press "MY CART" at the top right of the page to make payment and arrange delivery.

 

How to view the details of the products?

You may need to click on the picture of the product.

 

How to search for the products you need?

You can search in the product category on the left side of the Product; or enter the product name directly in the "Enter Keyword" field at the top right of the page.

 

How to complete the ordering process?

1. Check the shopping cart content

Please click on "MY CART" at the top right of the webpage to check and verify the selected items and quantity. If you have a promotion code, you may enter the code before you summit the order.

 

2. Submit the order

Click "Checkout" in the MY CART page, enter your contact information, delivery details and choose the payment method. Then click "Submit", please check the order and all the information.

 

3. Payment

After checking the information, click on "Confirm Payment" and you will enter the PayPal page to make the payment. Please follow the instructions to log in to your PayPal account or enter your credit card number, expiration date, cardholder name and credit card verification code to make a payment. [Please note: When the PayPal system is processing the credit card verification program, do not log out of the webpage or press the Back button, otherwise the order may not be completed successfully]. Once the system has completed the process and confirmed the payment, the screen will show the order and consignee information again. You can choose to print or save the order or continue shopping. At the same time, details of the order will be emailed to your registered email address for review.

 

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email sent by the system automatically once you have confirmed and completed the order process.

 

To avoid the email falling into your junk mailbox, please add our email onlineshop@uicl.com.hk to your contact list.

 

Can I change my order or shipping address after I have completed the order and payment process?

The order or shipping address cannot be changed after the ordering and payment process is completed.

 

Delivery fee and method

Free shipping on orders over HK$500. Each online order can only specify to one shipping address. Merging orders will not be accepted. A shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged for orders less than HK$500.However, this free shipping is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.

 

When the gale signal, RED or BLACK signal rainstorm warning is in effect, or the weather is judged to be unsafe for delivery, the delivery service will be postponed accordingly. The company has the right to change the delivery date.

 

Delivery service

Delivery service is only available locally and there is no overseas delivery. The scope of delivery includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. (No delivery in the outlying Islands)

 

The delivery service is not available for delivery locations where the truck is not directly accessible.

 

Our delivery service does not cover floors that are not directly accessible by lift.

 

If the lift fails to operate properly, we will arrange another delivery time.

 

The goods will be delivered along with the invoice and receipt.

 

When you receive the goods, please sign on the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods.

 

The company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused due to customer's request placing in front of the door or collected by the management office/reception office.

 

How long does it take to receive the goods after placing the order?

Under normal circumstances, we need 7 - 14 working days to process orders and arrange delivery. Please wait with patience.

 

What should I do if I have not received the goods within 14 working days after placing the order?

Under normal circumstances, we need 7 - 14 working days to process orders and arrange delivery. If you have not received the goods within 14 working days after placing your order, you can contact us at onlineshop@uicl.com.hk and we will handle it as soon as possible.

 

What should I do if the quantity is incorrect or the goods are damaged?

If you find that the quantity of the goods does not match the order, the goods are already damaged when you receive the goods or any quality issue, please email to onlineshop@uicl.com.hk within 4 working days after receiving the goods, we will handle the replacement procedure as soon as possible. Please check the product to ensure it is in good condition.

 

Refund / Exchange

Please contact our Customer Service via e-mail onlineshop@uicl.com.hk to make your request on refund/exchange within 7 days from the date of your receipt. Then we will handle it as soon as possible. Please keep the original packaging. We only accept returns from purchases made on www.cherubrubs.com.hk. If there are any gifts and accessories for the purchased items, they must be returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt as well. The company has the right of final decision in any refund or exchange issue.

 

Quality

Due to the high concentration of organic ingredients, there may be some variation between batches. This is not considered as a reason for return or refund.

 

Unacceptable Conditions

We will NOT accept any return or exchange at Cherub Rubs Outlets for any online purchase. Online website will accept returns from orders made on www.cherubrubs.com.hk ONLY.

 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes and Hotels.
